Reports turns your registers into files you can share: spreadsheets for Excel and a one-page summary for management. Use them for board meetings, auditors or customers who want to see where you stand.
What you can download
- Management summary: key figures, the risk heat map, the top 10 risks, the NIS2 measures and recent incidents on one page.
- Risk register: all risks with owner, score before and after treatment, status, next review and linked controls.
- NIS2 status: the ten Article 21(2) measures with how far their controls are, and the incidents of the last 12 months with their reports.
- Statement of Applicability: for every ISO 27001 Annex A requirement, whether it applies, why, and how far its controls are.
How to download a report
- In your organization, open Reports in the menu.
- For a register, click Download for Excel. The file opens in Excel and similar programs.
- For the summary, click Open summary, then Print or save as PDF.
Tips
- Every download is recorded in the organization's activity.
- Times in the files are in UTC.
- The files show your registers as recorded.
- Reports needs access to the risk register or the controls; each download needs permission to read the registers it contains.
- Keep your risks and controls up to date before a meeting, so the numbers are current.
- Reports are included from the Supplier Ready package. If your package does not include them, the menu shows an upgrade page.
