Continuity
Plans everyone can find when it matters
Keep your business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management and backup plans in one place, with their impact analysis and exercises. Every member can read them, so the plan is at hand during a crisis.

How it works
Write the plan
Choose the type, describe what it covers, who is responsible and the steps, roles and contacts.
Analyse the impact
Set the impact, maximum tolerable downtime, RTO, RPO and what the activity depends on.
Exercise it
Record each exercise with its result and lessons, and set the next one; overdue exercises are reminded.
What changes for you
Ready in a crisis
Approved plans are readable for every member, not hidden in someone's folder.
Tested, not just written
See which plans were never tested and which exercises are overdue.
Consistent numbers
The recovery time objective can never be longer than the maximum tolerable downtime.

Questions
Are contact details in plans safe?
Plan texts may hold contact details, so the history records only that the text changed, not its content.
Can I keep old plans?
Yes. Set a plan to retired instead of deleting it to keep it for reference.
Write your first plan
Start with your most important activity and plan its first exercise.
