CloudSignLab

Policies

Policies your team has really read

Write your security policies, start from a template or a draft, publish them and ask everyone to confirm they have read them. CloudSignLab keeps every version and who confirmed which one.

A published policy with the number of members who confirmed it

How it works

  1. Write or start from a template

Enter the title, summary and text, choose an owner and a review date. It stays a draft that members do not see.

  2. Publish

Everyone in the organization is notified. Policies that need confirmation appear in each person's Tasks.

  3. Track confirmations

See who has confirmed and who has not yet. A changed policy becomes a new version and is confirmed again.

What changes for you

  • Proof of awareness

Auditors see who read which version and when, without spreadsheets or email chains.

  • Versions without confusion

Changing the title or text of a published policy creates a new version; earlier confirmations stay on record.

  • Ready to hand out

Download a published policy as Word or print it as PDF.

What it covers

  • NIS2 21(2)(a)
  • ISO 27001 5.2
  • ISO 27001 A.5.1
  • ISO 27001 7.3
