Questions about the program
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no payment card is needed during the program.
What happens when the program ends?
Your account moves back to its normal package automatically. Nothing is deleted: your organizations, members and data stay. You can choose a paid package at any time to keep more.
How long does the review take?
Usually a few working days. You get an email as soon as we decide, and you can follow the status on this page.
We were not approved. Can we apply again?
Yes. Read the reason in your application status, and apply again when your situation fits the program.
Can a company that already pays join?
The program is for companies that do not pay for CloudSignLab yet. If you already pay, contact us and we will find a fair solution.
