If you manage several organizations, for example as a consultancy or IT partner, Portfolio gives you one overview of all of them.
Your portfolio
Open your personal dashboard and click Portfolio. Under Organizations you see every organization where you are an owner or admin, with:
- readiness (the share of implemented controls),
- open risks and how many are high,
- active incidents,
- supplier checks waiting for a decision.
Click an organization to open it.
Client prices
For organizations you pay for, the price per client organization and month goes down as you add clients. The current price list is shown on the page: €79 from 1 client, €59 from 10 and €45 from 50. The page also shows what you pay now.
Partner code
Did a consultancy or IT partner bring you to CloudSignLab? Enter their code once under Partner code and click Save code, or open the partner's link. You can name only one partner, and you cannot use your own code.
If you are a partner
Partners are set up by CloudSignLab. As a partner, your portfolio also shows:
- Your partner code and a Copy link button to share with new customers.
- The commission report: each referred Customer, Since when, the Package and the estimated Commission a month.
Commission counts only for customers who pay by card or subscription. The amount is an estimate from list prices; the payout follows the paid invoices.
White label
When white label is on for a partner, emails of the client organizations the partner pays for show the partner's colour and name. An organization with its own branding keeps its own.
