Ask questions about security and compliance; answers can use what you may see in your organization. Each message uses credits.

AI chat answers questions about security, NIS2, ISO 27001 and your own work. It is part of every package and paid with the organization's credits.

How to use it

  1. Open AI in your organization's menu.
  2. Choose the Model. The list shows what each message costs in credits.
  3. To let the answer use your organization's data, switch on Use … data. The AI then sees only what you may see yourself (overview, frameworks, maturity, your tasks), as counts and titles.
  4. Type your question and click Submit.

The line under the chat shows which organization pays and how many credits are left.

Good to know

  • Every answer is an AI suggestion: check it before you rely on it. AI never sends anything for you.
  • If AI help is switched off in the organization's settings, the chat does not use its data.
  • When an answer fails, its credits are given back.
